Our Town is served by the Town Board which consists of a Chairman, two Supervisors, a Treasurer and a Clerk, on a part-time basis. The Town elects a Chairman and two Supervisors every two years. The Treasurer and Clerk are appointed by the Board and serve three year terms.
The Plan Commission shall prepare or make recommendations to the Town Board on the adoption or amendment of land use ordinances including but not limited to zoning, plat or land division review, site plan review, official mapping, and highway access.
2015 Wisconsin Act 79 allows the publication of certain legal notices on an Internet site maintained by a municipality. This law allows these types of legal notices to be posted in one physical location in the jurisdiction (instead of three) if also placed on an Internet site maintained by the local government.
The Town Board usually holds meetings on the first Wednesday of every month at 6:30 p.m. These meetings are open to the public and everyone is encouraged to attend.
